Life Beyond the Numbers is on a break and will be back in early October 2022 with episode 102. 

Part 3 of the trilogy is future focused. I talk about what my purpose in life is, at present, and how that is informing my future direction. I have help from some previous episodes and books (all listed in the resources section). I talk about numbers and people. I talk about the tragedy of workplace engagement numbers being so low. And I talk about some ways to open up the discussion about this to improve how people are treated, how they perform and ultimately how the world can be a better place. 

Susan Ní Chríodáin focuses on the people side of work-life and understands the numbers side too. She knows that feelings impact the bottom line, and that the bottom line is that feelings matter at work.
